Too Much Woman.

I would never tell a man what I am about to tell you
But my dear,
You must be more compromising
I hate that sharp mouth and the forceful confidence
In which you use to speak what we all know to be true
You must be less honest
You must be less intimidating
Because the people who are set on not liking you
Will never like you
I promise you , a woman does not make change by standing up for what is right
She makes change by sitting in silence
Using her smile and the twinkle of her eye to tell the man
What he must do in order to make her life more easier
Because everything is a lot more palatable when it comes from a man
Didn’t you know?
Men can be arrogant, intelligent, charming assholes
And people will lie down at his feet
Waiting for him to raise it above the arch of his buttocks
The perfect angle for the world to continue washing and kissing his feet
As the smell the beautiful scent of his anus
Because everything
And I mean everything is more pleasant when it is from a man
My dear,
Be more like a man
No wait women can never do that of which a man can do.
You are a woman.
Be a woman.
Yes yes.
Be a woman
Woman are gods gift to earth
This is why we silence and exploit them.
Stop writing right now.
Its too much. Stop.

And the story goes like this.
Change takes time.
You cannot change things over night .
Indeed change takes time for those who do not matter
Just yesterday your congressman met with his friends and signed into law
Something that has to do with adding six weeks to their recess
As they live off of our taxpayers
Laughing at the stupidity that is human kind
Powerful men with fragile egos and big mouths
Glasses of the latest champagne
Lets toast to the continued exploitation of the masses and the
Illusion of change
For the rich man will never give up his riches
And the rich woman will never give up her rich man
Yet here you keep telling me that I should shrink
Annunciate my words. Speak more calmer
Be less angry. Halt my emotions
While the world is changing and
My people keep ending up 180 degrees
Back where we started
Keep calm. Good things come to those who wait
And so I wait
As the powerful men with fragile egos and big mouths
Suck the juices from the fresh unpolluted oysters
Swallowing the French snails that wouldn’t last a day
In the Nigerian heat
They laugh . they laugh. They laugh. the world's greatest changemakers
As you tell me to be more gentle. Less truthful. More compromising.

Everyone always says what they would do in certain situations UNTIL they are in said situations and put to the test.
We also have this human flaw where we think we can control every situation/every result by taking *precautions*.
While human beings are intelligent beings, we are also very fickle and we simply CANNOT control every outcome in life. Death is inevitable. Pain is inevitable. Mistakes are inevitable. As much as we try to mitigate these circumstances, we cannot control or produce every outcome we want. That is life. That is reality.
Environment, access, resources, and luck determine our " choices" in life.
In conclusion, be more empathetic towards people who are in positions you have never been in or never been exposed to.
